Did I miss the bus?

I don’t know when this happened, but the majority of the jobs I’ve seen out in the wild are all web related. Sure, they’ll say “.NET Developer” or “C# Programmer” in the headline, but they’ll mention ASP.NET, HTML, and Javascript as required skills. When did they become part of the .NET Framework? Now these languages aren’t difficult to learn and I have nothing against learning them. I simply feel that there’s got to some jobs out there developing on windows. The move from PC to Web only apps can’t have happened already, can it?
